If you like fried gren tomatoes, this is a great recipe. I have always done the traditional egg, flour, or cornmeal with salt and pepper. This recipe is much different and to my surprise it was really good. I substituted the goat cheese for feta and it worked out nicely. Click here and give it a try if you like fried green tomatoes, but want to step it up a notch.
