Ohmm..........For years I have said I was going to start attending yoga classes.  Of course I have a gazillion excuses why I never did.  I don't have comfortable clothes, I don't have the time, my feet are ugly, I don't have a yoga mat...blah, blah, blah.  Well, I cannot do anything about my ugly feet, but since I found out that I have Degenerative Disk Disease. in my neck, I found that I had to make time, bought some comfortable clothes, and thanks to Bzzagent.com and Manduka eKo Lite , I now have a mat.  No more excuses.
