My Boiled Egg Mishap

Ok, I should have looked this up before I started peeling our boiled eggs to make deviled eggs.  I usually do not have any problems, but this time after masicurring a couple I decided to look up an easier way to peel them.  I did not realize that there were so many techniques.

Here is one I found and it works quite well.  As I said there is an abundance of ways to peel hard boiled eggs.  I only had time to try one.  Maybe next week I will do a test using all the different way to see which one is full proof.
