Great Depression Cooking with Clara
Watch Ms. Clara cook meals that her family had throughout the Great Depression. You can watch many of her episodes through the website or watch them on Youtube. Her first videos appeared on YouTube a couple of years ago and immediately I was taken with her. As she cooks she explains the ingredients and what they meant to her family during the hard times they were going through. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
